What You Should Know

  • OneNote uses Microsoft OneDrive to sync your digital notebooks across all of your devices.

  • If you want to access OneNote from multiple devices using the OneNote desktop and phone apps, you'll need a Microsoft Office 365 account. If you have an Office 365 account at work, you can use that account to access OneDrive!

  • If you don’t have OneDrive and you only want to access the Notebook from one device (such as your desktop or smart phone), you can sign up for a free basic Microsoft account which will allow you to log in, you just won’t be able to sync to other devices without the OneDrive subscription.
  • Before purchasing, please make sure you have the compatible software listed in the Product Specifications tab (below) installed and ready to use for editing.

  • Any placeholder text shown in the preview images or within the templates are for visual reference only. You’ll need to delete that text and replace it with your own content after purchase.

  • If completed, filled-out examples of the templates have been included with your purchase, they are intended for reference purposes only and should not be considered official or legally binding. While they serve as a baseline starting point to help guide your document creation, they must be thoroughly reviewed, customized, and approved to meet your organization's unique requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.

  • We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or implementation of these templates in your organization. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies before use.
  • The OneNote Notebook Template is compatible with software versions 2010 and later, but for full impact, I recommend you download and use the latest and FREE version of OneNote (which I show you how to do in the training videos).

  • The OneNote template package is compatible with Windows or Mac using the OneNote Desktop app.

  • Once installed, sync your notebook to your mobile device or tablet by downloading the OneNote app from the App store (must have a OneDrive account for this).
